ZIJI is an AI writing companion intended to help you think and express yourself. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time as we improve it.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any law or the rights of others; (b) generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or (d) use the service to build a competing product through automated extraction.

4. AI-generated content

ZIJI may generate text and suggestions. Such output is provided for your assistance and is not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for how you use generated content, including verifying its accuracy before relying on it. We do not warrant that generated content is correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the writing you create with ZIJI. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its design, software, and brand, is owned by Jinxin Future or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except as needed to use the service as permitted here.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinxin Future will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction of residence.
