This Privacy Policy explains how 瑾欣未来科技有限公司 (Jinxin Future Technology Co., Ltd.) ("Jinxin Future", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (jinxinfuture.online) and our products, including ZIJI, an AI writing companion.

- User content: the text, notes, and reflections you write or submit in ZIJI. This is the core of the service.

- Device information: device type and operating system version, used for compatibility and diagnostics.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve ZIJI and our other products.
- To generate writing suggestions and reflections through AI models.

4. AI processing of your writing
Because ZIJI is an AI writing companion, the text you write may be processed by AI models to produce suggestions. Where we use third-party model providers, we do so under contractual terms that limit their ability to train on or retain your personal content. We design ZIJI to treat your writing as private; we do not use your personal reflections to train public models without your consent.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the product (for example, hosting and AI inference providers), under confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities where required by law; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We keep your writing content for as long as needed to provide the service, and delete it when you delete your account or request removal, subject to limited legal retention obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. For users in the People's Republic of China, we handle personal information in accordance with the PRC Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
8. Children
Our products are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the data you entrust to us.
